Assistant Manager FOPS O&M (Field Operations and Maintenance)
• Network Availability: Ensured strict compliance of assigned 2G/3G/4G network KPIs including BTSA and optimized performance of field personnel, devised preventive and corrective maintenance of access network and DG within time.
• Network Quality and Utilization: Partnered with RAN engineers for controlling network utilization of 2G/3G/4G technologies. Resolved BSS/TXN/Power/RAN related issues to ensure quality of the network and KPIs of 2G/3G/4G.
• Cost Reduction: Strategized and aligned all resources to reduce cost and formulated budget, also carried-out necessary steps to optimize the operational expenses like Electricity, DG, non-Telco Parts, services, and fuel etc.
